I am proud to introduce the newest member of our team this month and I think you’ll recognize his name! Welcome Cameron Thomas II – or Cam2 as we affectionately call him. Cam has joined our team as an assistant property manager and licensed insurance agent. He’s grown up around the business and has trashed out, cleaned and worked on his fair share of rental properties in the past. He’s assisting Amy in all things property management. Chances are if you haven’t spoken to him already you will shortly.
Keeping up with the eviction moratorium is getting to be a full-time job. We received word the end of the week that the Supreme Court has struck down the CDC extension of the most recent eviction moratorium extension. We have reached out to our attorney to see how this affects us and if we can begin submitting non -paying tenants for eviction again. We’ve been so fortunate that we don’t have many non-paying tenants but even one can really hurt your cashflow. Know that we are following this closely. Our goal is always to deliver 100% rent collection for you.
